   I’m in a similar boat. I live in Thailand, have since 2008, I can’t speak, Agent Orange cancer complete laryngectomy, do not have US drivers license or state ID, only passport. I can’t log into any of the VA or Mygov. com whatever sites. A confusing bunch of crap that gets you nowhere. Because I live overseas, the VA won’t send me necessary medical equipment for my survival. I will in the future have to fly to China, Hong Kong. A prospect I do not look forward to. I will not return to the US for medical exam due to cost and current dictatorship therefore I lose my medical supply subscription. Insanity and the inmates are running the asylum.

      After I read your comment, I ran a search for typed text into speech apps. This is what I found.

      Then I asked Google to find out if its possible to call a US 800 number from outside the US.

      Here are a few numbers I have. Still, I don’t know if those numbers still work. With the convicted rapist, fraud, felon, and Janauryt 6, 2021, traitor, there’s no way to know what his klepto-kakistorcracy fascist regime will do away with next or break.

      REMEMBER: Once you reach a human at the VA, they will only ask for your name and LAST FOUR for your Social Security card. if you reach someone who asks for more information, don’t give it to them. Try one of the other numbers.

      For California, I think you have to call these numbers during pacific time in the California time zone Monday through Friday 8:00 AM through 4:30 PM
